Job Opportunity: Emergency Room RN (Night Shift)
Location: Janesville, Wisconsin

Job Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in patient care
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments following nursing techniques, policies, standards of care, and state laws
- Document care according to standards
- Perform patient assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation
- Develop and execute individualized patient care plans as prescribed by physicians or clinic policy, including patient and family education
- Participate in department/unit performance improvement and shared governance activities
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units/departments to support patient care continuity
- Apply critical thinking for patient safety and experience, escalating issues appropriately
- Engage in professional nursing development, unit practice decisions, and peer review processes
