Job Opportunity: Temp Technologist - Computed Tomography (CT) (Nights)

Job Summary

Seeking a CT-Xray Technologist for a temporary position. Local candidates residing within 50 miles will not be considered. The role involves positioning patients, operating radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment (including mobile units in OR, ER, or bedside), and performing routine diagnostic procedures while practicing radiation safety.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 2+ years current CT Tech experience in a hospital setting
• Minimum 2+ years current XRay Tech experience in a hospital setting
• Proficient and highly experienced with:

  • Fluoroscopy
  • Digital Radiography
  • Portable X-ray units
  • OR C-arm
• Experience working with all age groups
• Prior travel experience is preferred but not required

Licenses & Certifications

• New Hampshire Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy License (or equivalent state license for CT/XRay)
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification
• Active American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification

Other Requirements

• Must have own vehicle
• Must provide permanent address at profile upload
• Requests for time off (RTO) must be submitted and approved at time of application; no more than 5 days of RTO allowed
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills

Work Environment & Dress Code

• Hospital blue scrubs provided
• Business casual with lab coat or plain scrubs allowed
• No hooded sweatshirts
• Closed-toe shoes (sneakers or clogs) required
• Hair must be pulled back if longer than shoulder length
• No dangling earrings

Contract Length

• Approximately 13 weeks

Summary

This is a night shift temporary CT/XRay technologist role requiring at least 2 years of hospital experience in both CT and XRay, proficiency with fluoroscopy and portable equipment, and appropriate licensure and certifications. Prior travel experience is preferred but not mandatory. The position requires strict adherence to scheduling and time-off policies.
