Job Details

• Shift Options:

  • 8 and 10 hour shifts totaling 40 hours per week
  • 3 shifts of 12 hours totaling 36 hours per week
  • 4 shifts of 12 hours totaling 48 hours per week
• Holiday Work: Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Pending State License: Accepted (pending Indiana state license)
• Required Certifications:

  • ARRT Radiography (R)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)

Requirements & Compliance

Licensure & Certifications

• Valid Driver’s License or Passport (clear copy)
• State License verification required within 30 days before start
• Background checks including criminal, sex offender, education verification, and federal exclusions within specified timeframes
• Required certifications include:

  • BLS (AHA only, RQI acceptable)
  • ACLS, PALS, NRP, CHEMO, TNCC, NIH Stroke Certification as applicable (verify per unit)
• Competency exams and medication/pharmacology tests as required
• Color Blind Testing (Ishihara exam or equivalent)

Health & Immunization

• Physical exam within 12 months of start
• Fit mask test within 12 months (specific approved respirators)
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year
• Immunizations or positive titers required for:

  • Rubeola (Measles)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Varicella
  • Hepatitis B (series, titer, or declination)
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap strongly recommended
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 12 months
• Seasonal flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required during flu season

Documentation & History

• Minimum of 2 professional references from recent employment (within 2 years) with appropriate supervisory titles
• Current employment application with full work history and explanations for gaps over 30 days
• Skills checklist completed within 12 months and annually thereafter
• Background checks and education verifications completed by third party

Additional Notes

• Open to discussing block scheduling
• Must comply with facility-specific forms and orientation packets prior to start
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position

This position is suitable for CT Techs with at least 2 years of experience, who hold ARRT and BLS certifications, and are comfortable working a flexible schedule including holidays. First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
