Unit Information

Unit: Oncology Care Unit
Number of Beds: 25
Patient Ratios: 1:4 to 1:5
Staffing: Unit secretaries and patient care technicians (PCT) available on most shifts
Documentation System: Meditech

Schedule

7 PM to 7 AM shifts
3 twelve-hour shifts per week
Work every third weekend
PTO: One 1-day and one 1-night shift granted at a time

Skills & Additional Requirements

Advanced skills needed: Ability to access portacath or willingness to learn
Dress Code: All navy
