Job Opportunity: RN - Case Management

Location: Asheville, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel Contract

Unit Information

• Unit: All Units at Main Campus
• Number of Beds: 815
• Patient Ratios: 1:40
• Staffing: Unit secretaries and tech availability
• Documentation Systems: CERNER, NATE, ENSOCARE (post-acute)
• Scheduling: Self-schedule
• Floating Policy: Floating where needed
• Dress Code: Business attire

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing specialty (Case Management)

• Ability to shift attention between tasks effectively
• Ability to build trust with team members, patients, and families
• Ability to work collaboratively with RN Case Manager (RNCM)
