Job Opportunity: RN - Labor & Delivery (L&D)
Location: Asheville, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Unit Information
- Unit: Labor and Delivery
- Beds: 16
- Staff: 120 (Day and Night shifts include Charge Nurse, PCT, CST, RN)
- Patient Ratios: 1:1, 1:2
- Equipment: Baxter Pumps, Phillips electronic fetal monitoring
- EMR System: Cerner, Fetal Ink
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of Labor & Delivery experience (including high-risk and immediate newborn care)
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required

- Circulating experience

- Vaginal Deliveries
- Cesarean Sections
- D&C (Dilation and Curettage)
