Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist (PT) - Temp, Inpatient (Days)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Summary

Seeking a Physical Therapist for an inpatient position at a Level I Trauma Center in Phoenix, AZ. The facility is a nationally recognized academic medical center known for advanced specialty care including orthopedics and rehabilitation.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 24 months of current acute care Physical Therapy experience
  • Active Arizona PT state board license
  • American Heart Association BLS certification (or equivalent)
  • Flu vaccination (declinations accepted with proper documentation)
  • Valid Driver’s License (non-Arizona licenses only; candidates with an Arizona driver’s license will not be considered)
  • Clean license verification with no hits at time of submission
  • Completion of required learning modules prior to assignment start
  • Skills checklist specific to Physical Therapy discipline
  • Resume detailing all facilities worked, including facility size, bed count, trauma level, and units

Additional Requirements & Notes

  • Return to Office (RTO) requests must be less than 7 days and cannot be approved during the first week of assignment or holidays
  • Background checks must meet specific compliance requirements
  • Candidates must be ready to start on or very soon after the order start date
  • All shifts, departments, and locations the candidate is willing to work must be clearly indicated in submission
  • Prior travel experience is preferred but not required
