Job Summary
- The IMC unit (Intermediate Care) is aiming to open a new unit (701) late this month.
- Currently understaffed with only 3 full-time RNs hired and a loss of 3 RNs prior to opening.

Competencies and Exams
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam (100% passing score, updated annually).
- Unit-specific competency exams with minimum passing scores (usually 80-90%), updated annually.
- Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam for IMC and related units.
