Job Opportunity: CT Technologist (Dual)

Location: Tuba City, Arizona
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Provide specialized diagnostic and therapeutic medical services on inpatient and outpatient basis.
• Operate Computerized Axial Tomography (CT) equipment.
• Work involves areas including Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Pediatrics, General and Orthopedic Surgery, Anesthesiology, Radiology, Urology, Ophthalmology, Psychiatry, and ENT.
• Responsible for technical operation of CT and X-Ray equipment, including teleradiology and fax equipment.

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in CT.
• Minimum 2 years experience in X-Ray.
• Completed radiology training from an AMA-approved school of Radiology.

Required Licenses and Certifications

• Current valid Arizona State Radiology License.
• Current ARRT Certification in Radiology with advanced qualifications in CT Scan (RT)(CT).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Equipment Used

• GE CT scanners (Optima and Revolution).
• GE X-ray equipment.

Additional Information

• Orientation occurs every 2 weeks.
• COVID & Flu vaccination exemptions may be accepted after submission of a declination form.
• Housing application must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start date.
