Job Details

• Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM (Nights)
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts
• Years of Experience Required: 2 years
• First-time Travelers: Not accepted
• Floating: Yes, within scope to meet facility needs, including sister facilities
• Local Radius Rule: Must live more than 75 miles from the contracted facility
• Return to Office (RTO) Restrictions: No more than 5 days allowed
• Charting System: Epic
• Block Schedule: Not accommodated
• Locals Accepted: No
• Pending State License: Not accepted

Required Certifications & Licenses

• Registered Nurse License: Current and valid RN license for Oklahoma
• BLS (Basic Life Support): AHA or ARC required for all positions
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support): Required prior to start date
• EKG Course / Telemetry Test: Required prior to start date
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) Certification: Required prior to start date and annually updated
• Additional certifications may be required depending on unit (e.g., PALS, NRP, TNCC) but not specified for this role

Requirements / Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oklahoma
• Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 2 years of Med Surg / Telemetry experience, including experience within the last year
• Completion of at least one travel nursing assignment
• BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS certification
• Experience working with Pediatric, Neonate, and Maternal-Fetal patients
• Experience working with Level 1 and Level 2 Trauma patients
• Experience in Clinic and Outpatient settings

Additional Notes

• Candidates must be able to float to other units/facilities as needed within their scope of practice
• Prior travel experience is not required for this position
• Candidates without recent Epic experience (within 6 months) must complete Epic training prior to receiving schedule
• Various competency exams (e.g., Dysrhythmia/EKG, Core Parts I-III, Conscious Sedation) required and must be passed with specified minimum scores
• Facility-specific documents and acknowledgments must be completed prior to start

This position is ideal for experienced Registered Nurses with at least 2 years in MS/Telemetry nursing, comfortable working night shifts, and able to meet comprehensive credentialing and compliance requirements.
