Job Opportunity: CT Technologist (General Imaging)

Employment Type: Contractor
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Level 1 Trauma Center
Level III Perinatal Center
Teaching Hospital with Magnet Designation
Comprehensive Stroke Center
Bed Capacity: 397
Imaging Department Beds: 3

Patient & Work Environment

Patient Types: Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Department
Patient Ratios: 1:1
Average Scans per Day: Approximately 15
Radiologist Support: Resident onsite
Support Staff: Receptionist (dayshift), Hospitalist/Physician available after hours, transport and tech aides on weekends
Charting Systems: EPIC, Alaris, Pyxis
Equipment: GE mandatory experience required
Orientation: 1 day on the unit
Scheduling: Weekend rotation every other weekend; up to 7 days off can be approved
Call: No
Scrub Color: Gray

Required Qualifications

Specialty: General Imaging (CT)
Minimum Experience: 3 years in specialty
Certifications: BLS, ARRT
Skills: IV skills, Power Injection
Comfortable working in trauma, stroke, and fast-paced environments

Parking available (paid, agency can sign up)
