Travel Registered Nurse (Stepdown Unit) - Cleveland, Ohio

Job Details

Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 3x12 hour shifts (7pm-7:30am / 7am-7:30pm), rotating day/night shifts with potential float to other units (J1-2, J33, ED) caring for similar patient populations.

Job Description

Work primarily on the HVTI-Stepdown unit with potential to float to related units.
Must work at least every other holiday.
ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate medication administration exam required during orientation; passing scores required.
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or progressive care experience preferred but not required.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio.
Minimum 1.5 years of Stepdown nursing experience.
Stepdown nursing experience within the last year.
ACLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
NIHSS Stroke Certification.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
