Description

Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (ER) - Travel/Contract

Location: Saratoga Springs, New York
Contract Length: 26 weeks

Job Description

Work in the Emergency Department (ED)
Facility may call off up to 3 times per contract
Must be willing to float as needed at manager’s discretion based on skillset
Locals within a 50-mile radius are NOT accepted (specific counties excluded)
Flu vaccine required by November 1; medical or religious exemptions must be approved 2 weeks prior to start
Minimal Return to Office (RTO) time: 7 days or less

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
Minimum 5 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience, including experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by the American Heart Association
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) issued by the American Heart Association
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Telemetry skills
Experience with Epic electronic health record system
