Job Opportunity: CT Tech

Location: Westwood, New Jersey
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Support the Radiology department as a CT Technologist.
• Work schedule: Monday to Wednesday with rotating weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
• Charting system used: Epic.
• Equipment experience preferred: Siemens GoTop (ER), Siemens Somatom Definition (Main).
• Local candidates within 50 miles are not accepted.

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in New Jersey
• Minimum of 3 years of CT Technologist experience
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• Completion of at least one travel assignment
• ARRT (CT) certification
• BLS certification

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License/State ID.
• I-9 verification.
• Background checks including 7-year history, EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG.
• Education verification (transcript or diploma acceptable if final verification pending).
• Physical exam within 12 months.
• Fit mask test within 1 year, renewed annually.
• Immunizations and health documents required:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years)
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella (positive titer or 2 vaccines)
  • Hepatitis B (positive titer, series, or declination)
  • Varicella (positive titer, 2 vaccines, or documented history)
  • Seasonal flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 90 days.
• Skills checklist and work history verification (7 years, with NJ-specific rules).
• Completion of employment application/resume.
• Unit-specific skills checklist required annually.
• Photo for badge.

• Orientation and safety manual acknowledgment required.
• Compliance with facility-specific policies and documentation is mandatory.
• Prior travel experience is explicitly required for this role.
