Description

Job Opportunity: Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse

Employment Type: Contractor
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Work in a Cardiac Cath Lab unit with 4 procedure rooms and 15 prep/recovery bays.
Patient ratios are 1:1.
Scrubs are provided onsite.
Assist and scrub with physicians during structural heart, complex coronary, peripheral, and electrophysiology (EP) procedures.
Experience with pacemakers and Implantable Cardioverter-Defibrillators (ICD) required.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of Cath Lab nursing experience with a strong electrophysiology (EP) background.
Must have prior travel experience.
Active state nursing license (Illinois).
BLS and ARRT certifications required.
ACLS certification and previous EPIC experience are highly preferred but not required.

Notes

Prior travel experience is explicitly required for this role.
