Job Opportunity: RN - Women's Health and Obstetrics

Job Description

• Provide nursing care in Women's Health, including Labor & Delivery, postpartum, and newborn care.
• Responsibilities include OB Welcome visits, Non-Stress Tests (NSTs), triage patients, labor and delivery support, postpartum and newborn assessment/care.
• Perform all tasks typically done by LPN/MA, such as support provider duties, calling test results, scheduling procedures, rooming patients, drawing labs, collecting urines, and point of care testing (e.g., HCGs, urines).
• Work primarily in an outpatient clinic setting with approximately 8 beds.
• Use EPIC charting system.
• Floating is rare but may include assisting other clinics or departments or 1:1 sitter roles.
• Orientation includes at least one shift to learn workflow.
• Weekend rotation every other weekend.
• Time off approval up to 7 days by default.
• Scrub color: Any color.
• Parking: Free.

Patient Population

• All Women's Health patients, including labor and delivery, postpartum, and newborn care.

Required Certifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Must be able to perform all LPN/MA tasks related to OB care.
• Experience with OB Welcome visits, NSTs, triage, labor and delivery, postpartum, and newborn care.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required.
• First-time travelers considered upon review (prior travel experience not explicitly required).
