Job Opportunity: CT Tech

Location: Orange Park, Florida
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Work in the CT Department with 3 CT scanners (2 GE and 1 Siemens)
• Shift: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM (overnight)
• Floating may be required to the main department
• Support Emergency Room with turnaround times, stroke, and trauma cases efficiently
• Patient experience focus: AIDET communication, friendly and patient-centered care
• Documentation systems used: Meditech and GE Centricity
• Unit staffing: 2 techs on overnight shift
• Procedures: Standard CT scans only; no invasive CT procedures on this shift
• Dress code: Solids only (no navy or purple)

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Florida
• ARRT CT Certification
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• Experience with GE CT equipment
• Experience with Terra Recon or similar reformatting software
