Description

Job Opportunity: Nursing - Supportive Care Team

Employment Type: Contractor
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide patient visits in the field for PRN, routine care, and end-of-life (death) care.
No on-call duties.
No weekend shifts required.
Coverage required on Memorial Day.
Service area includes Racine and Kenosha regions.

Required Qualifications

Valid nursing license appropriate for the nursing specialty.
Experience in home or hospice care preferred.

Additional Information

This role involves direct patient care in home or hospice settings.
