Description

Registered Nurse (ICU) - Travel Position

Location: Asheville, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel

Job Summary

Seeking a Registered Nurse with ICU specialty for a travel assignment. This is a rapid response position with guaranteed hours and potential overtime after 48 hours.

Contract Length

Approximately 13 weeks

Orientation

4-hour hospital orientation
Followed by an 8-hour shift on the floor

Uniform Colors

RNs: Navy, white, or a combination of navy and white

Work Environment Notes

Tobacco use is prohibited on all campus properties, including personal vehicles in designated parking areas.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum 2 years of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) RN experience, including experience within the last year
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Additional Information

Special scheduling requests (RTO) will not be accommodated
Timekeeping instructions provided on site
Overtime available after 48 hours worked

This position does not require prior travel experience.
