Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit

Location: Richmond, Virginia
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Work in a Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit (CSICU/CVICU)
Experience required in CSICU/CVICU at a level 1 facility
EPIC system experience required (no exceptions)

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia
Minimum of 1 year of CVICU experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Experience with Epic electronic health record system
