Description

Job Opportunity: Case Manager Registered Nurse

Location: Bel Air, Maryland
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, Monday through Friday, 5x8 (08:00 - 16:30)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Start Date: May 4, 2026
Weekend Requirement: Not required (optional shifts available)
Floating: Required between two nearby facilities within a 10-mile radius
On-call: Not required
Holidays: Required as scheduled

Job Description

Inpatient Case Management with focus on coordinating medical home care, placement, and social services to ensure safe patient discharges.
Average daily caseload: approximately 15 cases.
EPIC charting experience preferred.
Business casual attire required.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Minimum 3 years of case management experience, including acute hospital case management.
Case management experience within the last year.
Minimum 3 years of inpatient hospital/acute care experience in an inpatient setting.
Experience with EPIC electronic health record system.
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) competency.
