Location: Easley, South Carolina

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Schedule

• Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Potential to pick up additional hours during the week (not guaranteed)

Job Description

• Provide radiology services covering X-ray and CT for the Emergency Department and inpatients.
• Some patient transport involved between ED and other areas.
• Radiologists are off-site but available for consultation during shifts.
• Use of Epic Radiant system and secure paging for communication.
• Facility is a primary stroke center.

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in South Carolina
• ARRT CT certification
• ARRT Radiography (R) certification
• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience with Epic electronic health record system

Compliance and Documentation Requirements

• Proof of identity and eligibility to work (I9, Driver’s License/State ID).
• Background checks including 7-year history, EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG, and fingerprinting if applicable.
• Education verification and primary source verification of licenses.
• Various certifications may be required depending on unit (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP, etc.).
• Annual competencies and training including Core Parts I, II, and III, medication/pharmacology competency, and color blindness testing if applicable.
• Physical exam within 1 year attesting ability to meet job demands.
• Immunization and health screenings including TB test, Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap, Hepatitis B, Flu vaccine or exemption, and others as required.
• Drug screening within 1 year and updated annually.
• Completion of online orientation modules and pass/fail testing prior to start.
• Badge photo meeting specific requirements.

Additional Notes

• Radiologists are off-site but available for questions during shifts.
• Use of Epic Radiant and Perfect Serve secure paging for communication.
• This is a primary stroke center environment.
• Candidates must carry valid ID while on duty.
• Fit testing for respirators will be completed onsite during orientation.
• Floating policy and other facility-specific acknowledgments required.
• Testing and orientation modules are time-sensitive and must be completed prior to start.

This position is ideal for experienced CT Technologists with strong Epic system skills and the required certifications, looking for a travel contract in South Carolina with weekend night shifts.
