Location: Toppenish, Washington

Job Summary

Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington
• Minimum 2 years of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience, including experience within the last year
• ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• PALS certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Compliance and Documentation Requirements

• Copy of I9 or attestation required
• 10-year criminal background check including SSN trace, alias/name changes, statewide and national checks, sex offender registry, and education verification
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required within 30 days of start
• Education verification required
• Washington State Patrol (WSP/WATCH) search required within 30 days of start
• Photo for badge (headshot on plain white background)
• Signed Code of Conduct Acknowledgement
• Completion of new employee information and onboarding documents prior to start
• Physical exam with physician’s statement within 1 year of start
• Fit testing for N95 mask onsite (required and renewed annually)
• Required immunizations and health screenings including:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (vaccine or declination)
  • Negative TB test (QGold or T-SPOT within 30 days of start) and annual TB questionnaire
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella (titer or 2 vaccines)
  • Hepatitis B (titer, vaccine, or declination)
  • Varicella (titer, 2 vaccines, or history of chickenpox)
  • Seasonal flu vaccination or signed declination (required by November 1)
• Drug screen within 30 days of start (10-panel, no instant tests accepted)
• Three recent employment references
• Employment application including verification of all states lived/worked in

Additional Notes

• Certifications must be current and cannot be updated onsite at the facility
• Fit testing failure disqualifies RN from caring for TB isolation patients
• Behavioral health certifications (CPI, ProAct) are preferred but not required for this ICU role
• Facility requires compliance with all listed documentation and background checks prior to or within 30 days of start
