Job Opportunity: CT Technologist

Location: Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 40 hours per week, variable start times
Start Date: March 1, 2026
Housing: Shared housing available (no pets or overnight guests allowed; must provide own transportation)


Job Description

Perform duties as an XRay/CT Technologist.


Required Qualifications

  • License: Valid professional license for CT Technologist in Massachusetts (Primary Source Verification required; conditional licenses not accepted)
  • Certifications:
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required prior to onboarding (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military accepted; AHA preferred)
  • Health Requirements:
    • N95 Fit Test within 365 days of start date (no exemptions allowed)
    • Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity
    • TB test documentation within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test)
    • Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date
  • Background Checks:
    • Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date
    • Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date
    • National sex offender registry check within 30 days prior to start date
    • Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, MassHealth, NH Medicaid) within 30 days prior to start date
  • Other Requirements:
    • Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state
    • Two professional references within 4 years (minimum one supervisor or above)
    • Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
    • Confirmation of assignment form upon acceptance and for any extensions
    • SSN trace as part of background check process
    • Education verification through background check company

Additional Information

  • Shared housing agreement required if utilizing employer-provided housing
  • Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity strongly preferred but optional
  • Tdap vaccination preferred but optional
  • If positive TB test, documentation of a negative chest x-ray required
  • No onsite fit testing available; must be completed prior to start
  • Must bring own transportation
