Diagnostic Imaging Technologist (CT/X-Ray) - Nights

Location: Fraser, Colorado (Note: Position is not in Kremmling)
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Perform a variety of imaging procedures including general X-ray and CT scans.
• Responsible for patient safety protocols.
• Serve as the first line interface with patients to meet their imaging needs.
• Participate in maintaining positive patient flow within the department.
• Perform Point of Care (POC) duties as required.

Work Environment:

• New Critical Access Level IV Trauma hospital near Winter Park/Fraser, CO.
• Beautiful mountain location near Winter Park Resort and Rocky Mountain National Park.
• Approximately 90 minutes from Denver via Interstate 70.

Equipment:

• Canon imaging equipment.

Shift:

• Nights, 12-hour shifts.
• Scheduled Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday from 7 PM to 7 AM.

Required Qualifications

• Current ARRT Radiologic Technologist (R) certification valid in Colorado.
• Current ARRT CT certification valid in Colorado.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist.
• At least 1 year of recent CT Technologist experience within the last year.

Additional Information

• Free shared housing may be available within 30 miles, subject to capacity and restrictions (no couples, families, pets, or smoking/vaping allowed). Occasional guests allowed with approval.
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
