Occupational Therapist - Contract Position
Location: Carbondale, Illinois
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Work Monday through Friday
- Will float between multiple nearby facilities
- Flexible on shift if needed
Required Certifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
- CSU-ALS preferred for ICU assignments

Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Illinois
- Minimum of 2 years of Occupational Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS
