Job Opportunity: CT Tech
Location: Houston, Texas
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Unit Information
- Department: Emergency Room CT/XR (less than 20 beds)
- Staff: 3 full-time techs (day shift: 1 tech, night shift: 1 tech)
- Patient Ratio: 1:1
- Equipment: Fixed and portable CT scanners
- EMR System: Expanse (Meditech)
Job Description
- Perform all ordered emergency department X-ray and CT exams.
- Experience in a trauma facility is a plus.
- Teamwork mindset is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Texas
- Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT Certification
- CT Certification
- BLS Certification
Additional Information
- Dress Code: Green scrubs
- Weekend and on-call schedule: Variable
