Job Opportunity: Inpatient Pharmacist (Temp)

Location: Berlin, New Hampshire
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Full-time inpatient pharmacist role, Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week
• Typical shift: 7:30 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM
• Rotating weekends every 3rd weekend (Saturday/Sunday 8 AM – 1 PM)
• Must be able to work independently, especially on weekends
• Support areas include ICU, Labor & Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency Department
• Experience with Meditech preferred; familiarity with Omnicell is a plus
• Rural location; housing may be challenging—candidates should plan accordingly
• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from the facility (no local candidates)

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of pharmacy experience preferred, with a minimum of 2 years current hospital experience required
• Previous hospital experience is mandatory
• Critical Access Hospital experience highly preferred
• Prior travel experience highly preferred
• Active New Hampshire State Pharmacist License (can apply at time of offer)
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification required
• Must provide:

  • Pharmacist skills checklist
  • One supervisory signed reference from the past year
  • License verification and all current licenses/certifications
  • Permanent address included in submission
  • Return to Office (RTO) information
