CT Tech - Radiology

Location: Fort Pierce, Florida
Employment Type: Travel

Unit Information

• 2 CT Scanners, 2 tables
• Staffing: 2 CT Techs per shift (24 hours/day), 12-hour shifts
• Day Shift: 2 CT Techs, 1 table
• Night Shift: 2 CT Techs, 1 table
• Patient Ratio: 1:1
• Equipment: GE, 1.5 Tesla, Discovery 450
• EMR System: Meditech

Job Description

• Perform CT scans, MRI, body scans, and X-rays
• Create detailed images of bones, organs, and tissues for accurate assessment
• Must be a critical thinker, flexible, and able to work independently
• No on-call required, but must be willing to work weekends and nights
• Dress code: All black scrubs required

Required Qualifications

• ARRT Certification
• Radiology Tech License (specific to CT Tech role)
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Tech

Preferred Qualifications

• ACLS Certification (not required)
• RT (T), ASRT, FASRT certifications are a plus
