Job Opportunity: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech

Location: Denver, Colorado
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Unit Information

• Shift: Day Shift, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM (4 x 9-hour shifts)
• Schedule: Rotating weekends (1-2 weekends in a 6-week schedule)
• Call: 1-2 nights per week on a 6-week schedule
• Unit: Cardiac Catheterization Lab
• Equipment Used: GE, Phillips, Carto
• EMR Systems: Meditech, GE MACLab, CardioLab

Typical Procedures

• Left Heart Catheterization (LHC) / Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI)
• Complex PCI
• Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR)
• Patent Foramen Ovale (PFO) closure
• Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion (LAAO)
• Renal Denervation
• Pulmonary Embolism (PE) and Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) thrombectomy
• Electrophysiology (EP) Ablations and Device Implantations
• Peripheral Procedures

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist, with experience within the last year
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ARRT certification
• Cath Lab Tech Certification
