Description

Job Opportunity: RN Labor and Delivery

Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Description

  • Provide circulating support in the Operating Room (OR).
  • Deliver intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn care on the Labor and Delivery Unit.
  • Work 36 hours per week with day/night rotating shifts.
  • Flexible availability for weekends and holidays.
  • Prior travel RN experience as a Labor and Delivery nurse is required (minimum 1+ years).

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
  • Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience, with experience within the last year.
  • Minimum 1 year or more of total travel nursing experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Additional Information

  • No onsite fit testing available; must be completed prior to start.
  • Background and credential verifications are required and must be current.
  • Flexible scheduling with rotating shifts and weekend/holiday coverage expected.

This position is ideal for experienced Labor and Delivery RNs with prior travel nursing experience seeking a 13-week assignment in a dynamic hospital setting.
