Description

Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient (Days)

Location: Bettendorf, Iowa
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Description

  • Provide professional and clinical physical therapy care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
  • May float within the physical therapy discipline across local campuses.
  • Work schedule: Days, 8 hours per day, 36-40 hours per week with billable overtime after 40 hours.
  • Orientation occurs every Monday.
  • Electronic Medical Record system used: EPIC.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience.
  • Completion of at least 1 prior travel contract required.
  • Current Physical Therapist state license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Experience with EPIC electronic medical records.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Must not have been employed by this employer within the last 12 months.
  • Must have a taxable address located more than 50 miles from the facility.
  • Submission requirements include:
    • Work history/resume
    • Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
    • License verification
    • Copies of required certifications
    • One supervisory reference at time of submission

Additional Information

  • Call back and on-call pay multipliers and rates apply (details withheld).
  • Facility trauma center levels vary by location but are not relevant for this position specifically.
