Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Minimum 1 year of Case Management experience within the last year
- BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Case Management or Social Work in short-term acute care settings
Work Environment & Policies
- Floating: May be required to float to all hospital areas
- Dress code: Business casual attire (scrubs)
- Weekends: Rotating weekends required
