Number of OR suites: 2
Number of staff: 6 (3 RNs, 3 CSTs)
Shift: Day shift only
Patient ratio: 1:1
EMR system: Meditech
Floating areas: Operating Room (OR)
Dress code: Light blue scrubs provided
Call requirements: Weekday, weekend, and holiday call required

Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG)
Thoracotomy
Endovascular Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair (Endo AAA)
Valve Replacement
Pacemaker procedures

Required Qualifications

Valid CVOR Technologist license in Virginia
CVOR Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience, including experience within the last year
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification and experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
