Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse – MS/Telemetry

Titusville, Florida

13 weeks

Work Schedule

Day shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
Mandatory 5 shifts during clinical orientation week (36-40 hours)

Unit and Patient Care Details

Mixed unit with high acuity patients
Patient ratio experience required: 1:6
Floating required within scope of practice
Rapid Response team experience required
Experience with total joint patients required
Strong telemetry experience required

Licensure and Certifications

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
Minimum 2 years of telemetry experience, including telemetry experience within the last year
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience managing a 1:6 patient ratio
Experience on Rapid Response teams
Experience caring for total joint patients
