Description
Registered Nurse - Home Hospice
Location: Dallas, Mississippi
Employment Type: Long Term Contract (13 weeks)
Shift: Monday to Friday, Days (AM shift)
Coverage Area: Clinton, Raymond, Vicksburg, and surrounding territories within a 60-mile radius
Job Description
- Provide home hospice care with a productivity expectation of 24-30 visits per week for a 40-hour workweek.
- May be asked to assist in other territories within the service area as needed.
- Any overtime requires prior written approval from the Administrator.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Mississippi
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 1 year hospice experience, with hospice experience within the last year
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) software
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required

- Two weeks cancellation notice required.
