- 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each
- Rotating on-call duties
Job Description
- Assist nursing staff and physicians during endoscopic procedures such as polypectomy, biopsies, screening exams, ERCP, and dilations
- Set up procedure rooms and equipment
- Disinfect, process, and troubleshoot endoscopic equipment
- Transport patients as needed
- Stock rooms with supplies and equipment
- Assist patients with dressing and ambulation as directed
- Apply EKG monitors, blood pressure cuffs, and pulse oximetry prior to procedures
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Endoscopy Technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience, including experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Additional Information
- This position requires a highly experienced Endoscopy Tech capable of supporting complex cases
- Must comply with radius rule: permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
