Description
Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (OR) Travel Position
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36
Unit and Facility Information
- Unit: Operating Room with 18 ORs
- Procedures performed include: Hearts, Trauma, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Urology, Gynecology, Robotics (DaVinci and Mako)
- Level I trauma center
- Documentation system: Meditech
- Floating policy: Not applicable to OR
- Unit staffing includes unit secretaries and tech availability
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
- Minimum 1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience, with OR experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
