Description
Registered Nurse - Medical / Surgical
Location: Cumming, Georgia
Unit: Acute GI Medicine Unit (Acute Care Medical/Surgical with Telemetry)
Shift: 12-hour Days (7 AM - 7 PM)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36
Unit Description
- 34-bed acute care unit with private rooms and telemetry capability
- Patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
- Focus on Gastrointestinal (GI) and COVID medical/surgical care
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Medical/Surgical nursing specialty
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
