Description

Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab (Travel)

Location: Denver, Colorado
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Employment Type: Travel
Hours per Week: 36 hours (Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM)

Unit Information

Unit: Cardiac Cath Lab
Floor: 3rd floor, Main Hospital Building
Equipment: Philips, GE, Carto
EMR Systems: Meditech, GE MacLab, Cardiolab
Typical Procedures:
- Left Heart Catheterization (LHC) / Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI)
- Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR)
- Watchman device implantation
- Electrophysiology (EP) ablations
- Renal Denervation and Peripheral procedures

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
Minimum 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
Current certifications: ACLS and BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Electrophysiology (EP) procedures
Experience with Stemming procedures
Familiarity with Meditech EMR system

Schedule & Work Environment

Rotating weekends: 1-2 weekends every 6 weeks
On-call: 1-2 nights per week on a 6-week schedule
Team environment requiring flexibility, adaptability, and strong teamwork skills
