Description
CT Tech
Location: Gunnison, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Three 12-hour shifts plus call (36 hours per week)
Job Description
- Operate the GE Revolution Maxima 128-slice CT scanner, including AW workstation reformats.
- Perform helical, axial, and CT fluoroscopy scanning.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
- Collaborate with ordering physicians and assist with CT protocols as needed.
- Assist radiologists during interventional radiology procedures when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CT Technologist.
- CT Technologist experience within the last year.
- Experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
- Experience with GE Healthcare equipment, specifically the GE Revolution Maxima CT scanner.
- Current BLS/BCLS certification.
- Ability to work independently and manage call responsibilities.
- Must pass Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) check.
- Reliable personal transportation due to rural location and lack of public transit.
