Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 5 shifts of 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30)
• 2-3 weekends per month
• 36 hours guaranteed per week

Job Description

• Provide physical therapy services to help patients reduce pain, improve or restore mobility, and prevent disability.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using various techniques to promote movement and restore function.
• Educate patients on managing or preventing conditions for long-term health benefits.
• May develop fitness and wellness programs to prevent loss of mobility.
• Work setting includes acute inpatient rehabilitation.
• Required to float to sister facilities as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona
• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in an inpatient setting
• Experience in a rehabilitation setting

Additional Information

• Scrubs of any color are acceptable
• Floating to nearby facilities is required
