Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer Travel Position
Location: Fredericksburg, Virginia
Unit: Perinatology Clinic
Job Details
- Employment Type: Travel
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Hours per Week: 36 hours (Mon-Thur, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
- Unit Staffing: MFM Sonographers, RNs, Administrative Assistants
- Equipment Used: GE Expert 22 ultrasound machines, Corometric fetal monitors
- Documentation Systems: Viewpoint, Meditech Expanse
- Floating Policy: None
- Dress Code: Navy or Royal scrubs
Required Qualifications
- ARRT (S) or ARDMS Certification
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist, including experience within the last year
- Experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonography
- Experience in Fetal Echocardiography
- Ability to pass a skills assessment for sonography or demonstrate knowledge of USP 800 guidelines for hazardous drugs
- De-escalation skills in a healthcare setting
