Description

CT Tech - Radiology

Location: Charleston, South Carolina
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36 (Three 12-hour shifts per week, with holiday requirements)


Job Description

  • Perform both X-Ray and CT exams in an emergency department setting.
  • Work primarily in a free-standing emergency room with 11 ED rooms.
  • Unit staffing typically includes 1 tech performing both Radiology and CT duties per 12-hour shift.
  • Equipment used includes GE Revolution Maxima CT and GE Tempo Radiology unit.
  • Documentation system: Meditech.
  • Potential to rotate to other shifts or facilities based on staffing needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid CT Technologist license in South Carolina
  • Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
  • ARRT (CT) certification
  • SCRQSA certification
  • BLS certification
  • Radiology Technologist experience

  • Dress code: Gray scrubs required.
