Outpatient Physical Therapist - Contract in Oregon

Work Schedule
- Dayshift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- No weekends
- 40 hours per week
Job Description
- Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic neuro/musculo/skeletal injuries or limitations.
- Focus on improving physical mobility and functional independence.
- Provide rehabilitation services including sports and orthopedic rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance, and spinal therapy.
- Ability to travel to multiple points of care is required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Oregon
- Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
