Physical Therapist (PT) - Temp (Days)
Location: Sioux City, Iowa
Setting: Inpatient
Job Details
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Days
- Hours per day: 8
- Weekly hours: 36-40 hours; overtime billable after 40 hours
- May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses
- Required to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
- Electronic Medical Record system: EPIC
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of previous Physical Therapist experience
- BLS certification
- Valid Physical Therapist state license
- Driver’s license
- Work history/resume submission required
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
- License verification required
- Copy of required certifications
- One supervisory reference required at time of submission
- Must have a taxable address outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 prior travel contract completed
Additional Information
- Not eligible if employed by this health system within the last 12 months
- Orientation dates available in June and July
- Position includes call back and on-call pay multipliers (details not included here)
