Description

Job Opportunity: CST/ORT - Operating Room

Location

Denver, Colorado

Employment Type

Travel assignment

Contract Length

13 weeks

Work Schedule

Day shift, approximately 36 hours per week
Shift hours: 7 AM to 5 PM

Unit Information

Main Operating Room with 23 OR beds
Staff includes approximately 70 team members on day shift (example: 1 charge, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, 1-3 sitters)
Patient ratio: 1:1
Equipment: Operating Room specialized equipment
Electronic Medical Record system: Meditech / CPN
Elective surgical cases only (no trauma)
Procedures include Orthopedics/Spine, Cardiovascular, General Surgery, Plastics, Gynecology, Robotics, and Urology
Teamwork-oriented environment
Call required with a maximum 30-minute response time

Required Qualifications

Valid CVOR Technologist license in Colorado
CVOR Technologist experience within the last year (minimum 1 year)
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or NBSTA certification
DORA certification
BLS certification
