Job Opportunity: Mammographer

Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (approximately 26 weeks)
Schedule:

• Monday and Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Required Qualifications

• Valid Mammography Technologist license in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 1 year of Mammography Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• ARRT certification
• Radiology Technologist experience

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

• License Verification: Primary source verification within 30 days of start date; must be updated upon expiration
• Health Requirements:

  • Documentation of MMR vaccination or proof of immunity
  • TB test documentation (skin test or blood test) within 3 months of start date; updated if break >6 months
  • Physician health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date; updated if break >6 months
• Background Checks:

  • Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start; updated if break >6 months
  • Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start; updated if break >6 months
  • Social Security Number trace covering last 7 years
  • National sex offender registry check within 30 days prior to start; updated annually
  • Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, MassHealth, NH Medicaid) within 30 days prior to start; updated annually
• Professional Documentation:

  • Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state (required for submission)
  • Two professional references within 4 years, including at least one supervisor or higher in relevant skillset (required for submission)
  • Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission (required for submission)
  • Confirmation of assignment/POI form upon acceptance and for extensions
  • Education verification through background check company (except CNA positions)
• Optional (if applicable):

  • Documentation of chest x-ray if positive TB test
  • Name change documentation if legal name differs from credential documentation

Additional Notes

• Prior travel experience is not specified as a requirement.
• All required documentation must be current and updated according to specified timelines, especially after any break in service exceeding 6 months.
• Compliance with all health and professional credentialing requirements is mandatory before and during assignment.
