Description

Registered Nurse – Case Management

Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36 hours

Job Summary

Work in Case Management within a hospital setting.
Patient ratios vary, approximately 1:25.
May float to any unit as needed.
Scheduling: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with rotating weekends.
Documentation systems used include Meditech, Midas, and Wellsky.
Unit staffing includes RNs, Social Workers, and Certified Medical Assistants.
Dress code is business casual.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
Minimum 1 year of Case Management experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience in acute care and discharge planning
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
De-escalation skills in a healthcare setting
