Description
Registered Nurse – Case Management
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36 hours
Job Summary
- Work in Case Management within a hospital setting.
- Patient ratios vary, approximately 1:25.
- May float to any unit as needed.
- Scheduling: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with rotating weekends.
- Documentation systems used include Meditech, Midas, and Wellsky.
- Unit staffing includes RNs, Social Workers, and Certified Medical Assistants.
- Dress code is business casual.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
- Minimum 1 year of Case Management experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Experience in acute care and discharge planning
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- De-escalation skills in a healthcare setting
