Job Opportunity: Step Down Registered Nurse (Night Shift)

Shift Details
- Night shift
- 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (18:30 to 7:00)
- Weekends required
Required Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- First-time travel nurses are eligible (no prior travel experience required)
Required Certifications and Licenses
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Oklahoma
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- NIH Stroke Certification (as applicable)
- Other certifications may be required as applicable (e.g., PALS, NRP, CHEMO, TNCC, CPI, MAB)
Required Documentation and Compliance
- Valid Driver’s License or State ID
- E-Verify compliance (attestation required for subcontractors)
- 7-year background check within 1 year of start date, updated annually
- Education verification (highest level must be verified)
- Negative 10-panel drug screen within 90 days of start
- Physical exam within 12 months of start
- Fit mask test within 1 year of start, renewed annually
- Immunizations and titers:
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years)
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year
- Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella: positive titer or 2 vaccines
- Hepatitis B: positive titer, series, or declination accepted
- Varicella: positive titer, 2 vaccines, or physician-documented history
- Seasonal flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption (declinations not accepted)
- TB questionnaire for positive TB results, renewed annually
- Clear headshot photo for badge
Additional Requirements
- Unit-specific skills checklist completed annually
- Work history verification for the past 7 years
- Employment application/resume required
Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma
- Minimum 1 year of stepdown nursing experience, with stepdown experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
